I welcome my guests with tea from Yunnan, from trees over a hundred years old. That isn’t just tea. That’s where I come from, and it’s a first taste I like to share before we head into the kitchen together.
At Julia’s Cooking Studio you spend three hours making a memorable three-course menu, with techniques you’ll use again at home. For 4 to 22 guests, in our home-style restaurant between Rotterdam and The Hague.

What you’ll want to know upfront.
What’s the minimum number of people?
Four. For smaller groups we can often still make it work. Give Julia a call.
How long does a class take?
Around three hours. You prepare three courses, and between each course you sit down to eat in the home restaurant.
Is it suitable for vegetarians?
Most classes can be made fully vegetarian without a fuss. For €5 pp we prep vegetarian versions of all courses.
What about dietary wishes or allergies?
Just mention it when booking. For €5 pp we accommodate dietary adjustments. For serious allergies we ask for a short phone call in advance.
Is there parking?
Free parking right in front of the door. Also well-connected by public transport from Rotterdam Alexander or Zoetermeer stations.
Can I bring a cake for a birthday?
Yes of course. Just let us know when you book so Julia can plan around it.
