Three hours, and this is what’s on your plate.
Thai chicken satay
Grilled chicken skewers with a proper peanut sauce. Bright, nutty, addictive.
Red curry with coconut milk and aubergine
Fresh curry paste, silky coconut, that slow-building heat.
Pineapple rice with sweet coconut sauce
Sweet-salty, jasmine-fragrant, the kind of side that ends up being the star.
Roughly this rhythm.
Welcome
Chinese tea from Yunnan and a snack. Time to settle in, meet each other.
