Nigiri
Hand-shaped rice with salmon and tuna. Classic. Simple looks, real skill.
Temaki (handrolls)
Cone-shaped nori filled with rice and fresh ingredients. Casual and quick.
Maki rolls
Rolled with a bamboo mat. You’ll roll about 30 pieces per person before the night’s over.
California rolls
Inside-out rolls with avocado, crab, sesame. The gateway sushi.
Roughly this rhythm.
Welcome
Chinese tea from Yunnan and a snack. Time to settle in, meet each other.
