Three hours, and this is what’s on your plate.
Yakitori chicken skewers
Marinated in tare, grilled hot. Salty, sticky, deeply satisfying.
Okonomiyaki with bonito flakes
The Japanese savoury pancake. Cabbage, batter, a topping ballet.
Ice cream with miso caramel sauce
Cool and warm at once. Salt-sweet, layered, unexpected.
Roughly this rhythm.
Welcome
Chinese tea from Yunnan and a snack. Time to settle in, meet each other.
